Besides planning a wedding, working, preparing for the end of school, an adorable fiance, and other activities, this has been my life:
{I'm proud to say our Public Relations Campaign class has done all of the advertising, stunts, promotion, and events at the show. It's been a great class, hectic semester, and the busiest week ever.}
One of the stunts, that I proudly came up with and was tactical team leader over, was to decorate a car as if it were the car of a newly married couple to advertise for the event.
Alas, this has led to a few curious texts from car admirers. Here are three of my favorites:
Text #1, 9:07 a.m.: "Natasha! Dude, did you get married already?!"
Yes, yes I did. That's why it's posted all over my Facebook, that I know you look at, that I am getting married August 3. Dumbass.
Text #2, 10:23 a.m.: "Did you know Trev's car is parked on campus?"
No...really? Tell me something I didn't know.
Text #3, 11:01 a.m.: "I always knew you'd be the one to run off to Vegas, lol."
So, you really think I'm that trashy that I'd run away to Vegas and get married? Lawlz. You're killing me.
The car will be on campus until tomorrow, so I am sincerely looking forward to more comments from sincerely uninformed, clueless, and downright dumb people.Woe #31: Sometimes you volunteer your fiance's car for PR stunts... and people think you ran away to Vegas and got married. Great.
