If I can get through the next few weeks, life will be
golden.
I love that professors think that they’re being nice to you
when they assign massive papers, projects, and presentations to be due BEFORE
finals week.
The way my schedule is looking right now, finals week is
going to be a breeze. The three weeks leading up to that said week are going to
be hell.
A capstone paper: minimum 15 pages. A persuasion research
paper and presentation: minimum of ten pages and 10 minutes for presenting. A health
app paper and presentation: minimum of five pages and 5 minutes for presenting.
A social media plan: something to help a potential client. A campaign plan for
a client that I really don’t want to work for. A critical awareness paper:
minimum 5 pages.
Did I mention my sister in law is coming on Friday, I'm getting a not so nice procedure done at the gynecologist's office tomorrow (Women should be able to have sex without getting pregnant. Because birth control is expensive and I wouldn't remember to take a pill. So I'm getting the IUD inserted, and there's a 99.9% chance I won't get pregnant. So, yeah.)), there’s
a bridal show next week that my PR Campaigns class is promoting and helping
with, my fiance’s friend’s mission farewell on the 14th, our friends’ wedding
on the 20th, my fiance’s birthday on the 19th,
registering for senior year on the 9th, my dad’s 50th
birthday on the 21st, Trev’s parents are coming to Utah (and are
meeting my parents), plus I'm picking up shifts in the copy center because I’m a
nice lady.
Oh. And I’m getting married in 4 months from today.
{I have a lot of stuff done, but there’s still a lot of shit
left to do.}
Woe #27: Just because you’re getting married and planning a
wedding doesn’t mean life stops moving. Damn.
God bless caffeine, patient fiancés, Mike n’ Ikes, and
Cheetos Puffs.
Three cheers for the month of April!
